Original Green Valley Homes Are Now 30 to 40 Years Old
Green Valley began development in the mid-1980s, and homes built from roughly 1985 through 1995 now have plumbing that is 30 to 40 years old. Supply pipe wears with age and constant use, so pinhole leaks, corroded fittings, and failing shut-off valves become more likely. The pipe material depends on when and how each home was built, so an assessment is the reliable way to learn what you have and whether repair or replacement makes sense. If leaks keep appearing in several places, see our Henderson repiping page.
